Denis is a New York-based actor originally from Calgary, Canada. ​​He appeared on Broadway in Spamalot, Tammy Faye, Doctor Zhivago and A Chorus Line.  This summer, he will be playing Javert in Les Miserables and Duke Frederick in As You Like It at Hudson Valley Shakespeare, as part of their inaugural season at the Samuel H. Scripps Theater Center.

Recent projects include playing Tom Ford in the Off-Broadway play House of McQueen, Scrooge in The Lexington Theatre Company's A Christmas Carol, John in Oleanna at Riverside Theatre and Florida Rep and the feature film Ponyboi which premiered at the Sundance Film Festival. Other credits include Encores!, Carnegie Hall, Kennedy Center, Hollywood Bowl and three national tours.
